Description
This is a picture of a very large dill seed head. The original image is in color but was very bland, so I converted to black and white and WOW!! Now it jumps off the screen , reminding me of fireworks! I love the smell and taste of dill, it adds a whole new taste dimension to so many foods. I use the entire plant in one form or another, the seeds and feathery bits, Inedible tough stalks can be used to flavour soups, etc. All of it can easily be frozen, it keeps well.
